Windows 10: Laptop Incredibly Slow and Disk at 100%

My wife's laptop is slow to the point of unusable and the disk is constantly at 100%, even start from bootup.

I have removed everything I can from start-up and disabled all non-Microsoft services as you can see from the below:

I am at a loss as to what to do to make this relatively new (6 months old) laptop even vaguely usable.

Laptop Disk Usage at 100% even after laptop reset

However, as of late, my laptop became incredibly slow and so I reset it. However, I still see that the laptop is slow and that upon startup I face 99-100% disk usage despite not installing any programs. What should I do to deal with this issue?

100% disk usage and slow boot

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron laptop for about three and a half years and in recent months its boot is slow and in the first minutes, it uses 100% of the disk.
It has some heavy programs like Visual Studio, Android Studio and more on it, but it's not always been like that.

I use windows 10 home. The computer has Intel I5 CPU and 8GB RAM.

Are there suggestions for improving the computer's performance?
