Windows 10: Laptop Intel Display Adapter has disappeared from device manager?

Hello,I recently started having issues with games crashing on my Lenovo Legion 5 15IMH05H laptop, so I updated my RTX 2060 graphics drivers using the GeForce Experience app. It didn't fix the problem, so after this I checked the device manager tab, and it seems my Intel display adapter I think it was Intel UHD or something like that? has disappeared. I've tried showing hidden devices, but it's nowhere to be seen. When I try to download the Intel graphics drivers for the Intel i5-10300H CPU it just says that no driver was found that can be installed on my device. I've also followed some tutor

Display adapter not detected in device manager

Hello Neil !

I have previously tried the "show hidden devices" option and the display adapter was detected again. However, the tutorial I was following suggested that I uninstall the display adapter, restart and then windows should automatically reinstall the drivers
again. For my case no drivers were installed, and the display adapter is nowhere to be found.

My device manager does not show "Other Devices" and I have tried rebooting my laptop several times but nothing appears.

All I can see is the integrated Intel display adapter.

 

Wireless adapter not found in Device Manager

I ran the Lenovo Solution Center. Network Adapter was not listed in the hardware scanned. Not sure if there is a separate listing for that normally or not.

Ever since I ran a power cycle the adapter has not appeared in the Device Manager.

Does anyone believe removing the adapter and putting it back would solve the issue? I would rather not open my computer if there is little chance of it solving the issue. I am a complete novice doing this.

Not sure if this is relevant but in my Network Adapter in Device Manager there was "Microsoft Kernel Debug Network Adapter". It has since disappeared.

 

Display driver not supporting and device manager not showing Display adapter option

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• Incorrect settings.
• Corrupt or outdated display driver.

Try the steps listed here and check if it helps:

Method 1:

I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows Updates including Optional Updates. Check if it helps.

Method 2:

If the issue persists, i suggest you to uninstall and re-install latest display driver from the computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall display driver.

• Right-click on the Start Button and click on
  Device manager.
• Double-click on Display Adapters to expand.
• Right-click on the display adapter driver that is listed and select properties.
• In the window opened, click on drivers tab.
• In the drivers tab, Click on Uninstall option.

Now restart your computer and check, if the problem persists try step 2.

Step 2:

Re-install display driver from the manufacturer website.
