Windows 10: Laptop internet not working after turning on laptop mobile hotspot

I recently updated my laptop June 14, 2022—KB5014699 OS Builds 19042.1766, 19043.1766, and 19044.1766. I use a direct ethernet connection to my laptop and use my laptop's mobile hotspot feature as wifi for my mobile phone. After the update, whenever I connect my mobile phone to my laptop's hotspot, I can no longer browse gmail or even microsoft outlook or any other website except youtube on my laptop. Even upon reloading, the webpage does not load. When I check properties it shows that I have internet but still cannot load most webpages on my laptop. When I disconnect my mobile phone from

My wifi router isnt working rightnow but internet is working by lan cable in laptop directly.

How can i use my laptop as wifi hotspot and use wifi in my mobile phone?

Using laptop as mobile hotspot sometimes internet does not connect

So currently I do not have a router available (I have a wired connection to the internet) but I want to be able to check emails on mobile through wifi. I found a link (How to Turn Your Windows PC Into a Wi-Fi Hotspot) showing how to use your laptop as a 'wifi hotspot'. When the laptop is connected to the wired connection at work and I switch on the mobile hotspot as shown in the website, I am able to connect to the internet on my mobile through my laptop. However, this does not work at my home.

I would appreciate any help given to solve this problem.
