Windows 10: Laptop is constantly restarting and can not get to desktop

my laptop boots up with the message "preparing automatic repair," then prompts me for my bitlocker key. after I enter it I get to a screen where I see that I can use system restore and I choose to restore, to which I get a message that says "attempting repairs" before my laptop restarts. I see an option to skip disk cleanup and then "Fixing C: Stage 4: x% x of x; Total: x%; ETA: " to which around when total becomes 30% my laptop restarts back to preparing automatic repair. occasionally instead of a system restore prompt i see a restart prompt that has an advanced options option.my initial

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
