Windows 10: Laptop is freezing and crashing to BSOD while performing day to day tasks on windows 11.

Generally happens when I open my browser immediately after startup. many times after getting frozen laptop follows up with a split second BSOD, and restart. The freeze also happens on lock screen, but it stays frozen until I keep the power button presses for some seconds, which forces a restart. I felt SSD maybe a culprit but chkdsk shows no problem. I have tried the basic troubleshooting available on internet like checking memory, disk and resolution. I have a i5 10th gen Lenovo with 8 GB of ram - No graphics card.

Windows 11 BSOD almost every day

Just a follow up to let you know I am still struggling to solve the issue.

For the past month I additionally tried:

12. Disabling all the drivers that caused a crash with enabled Driver Verifier. The list includes: Truecrypt driver, WinPCAP driver from Wireshark, CryptoPro SCP driver, VMWare network driver, etc. Did not help (although the Driver Verifier stopped mentioning these drivers in the dump files).

13. Upgraded OS from Win 11 Home to Win 11 Pro without activation. I needed this for BitLocker support, At first the BSODs dissappeared for a week or so, then it started again.

14. Performed a clean Windows 11 Home install with drive formatting. The fact that a lot of 3rd party drivers were present in the system (see p.12) made me think that a clean windows reinstall could help. Unfortunately, it did not.

Next steps:

- check if windows server OS will be stable

- try Ubuntu + VMWare virtualization for Windows tasks.

 

Laptop Freezes/crashes without BSOD

Since 2 days ago the laptop freezes/crashes without a bsod, it usually happens when i let it rest like 15 minutes after doing an intensive task as gaming so it's not overheating

I Have a rtx 3060 and and i7.

Did ram memory tests on windows tool and didnt detect problems

Did ssd check and no problems detected

I did clean the pc components and still crashes.

Can someone help me with this please

Edit: Forgot to add that crashes happens in safe mode too

The result was a working system in safe mode, though the GPU isn't used in safe mode.
Please perform a clean boot again, watch the temperatures at all times (if you didn't yet) and from there we'll see what needs to be done. Please do not enable anything in taskmanager & msconfig, I want you to boot without any startup items & services enabled.

What was the BSOD stop code? Based on the BSOD stop code I'll edit the suggestion in this post.
