    Laptop is stuck at 64% while resetting from last 5 days.!


    I put my laptop on reset 5 days ago it started fine and went upto 64% . It has been 5 days and no progress at all. I am really pissed off at it and want to stop this process in any way. I tried to do so by shutting down the system but after one night when I powered it on it has been showing the same screen "Resetting you pc 64% Please wait.. Your pc will restart several times ". I just want to stop it.... Please help.

    We want to know more information regarding this issue so that we can find out what causes your update to get stuck at 64%. Please provide us the following information:

    • Even after resetting, does it still get stuck at 64%?
    • What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • How are you upgrading your operating system?

    Hi Andre

    I have the same problem, Windows 10 upgrade is stuck at 64%.

    I tried your suggestion with USB stick but nothing happened when I inserted the USB into ASUS Laptop it is still at 64%

    Do you have any other suggestions please?
