Windows 10: Laptop is stuck on restart page

Discus and support Laptop is stuck on restart page in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I signed up for the copilot monthly subscription.     Laptop is stuck on restart page


    I signed up for the copilot monthly subscription. Shut word down properly, restarted my laptop and now it has been stuck for over an hour and a half buffering on the restart page. It won't shut down with windows, x and power button. What can I do?
