Windows 10: Laptop keep bsod after update drivers

My friend's laptop ASUS TUF A15 after i update drivers, at first slow to boot, after logon the explorer always not responding, and also frequent bsod. i've already doing many things, such as sfc /scannow , DISM, WinDBG it always related to ntoskrnl.exe and also roll back version. but none of those are working.here's the minidump and dxdiag file https://mega.nz/file/mp5A3QbI#Vv6J9F-4Z7pMKTzzlwb0w3TQv3H7p6Dh2SgbO1Tw5uw

BSOD- atikmpag.sys

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:

• Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
• Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
• After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.


I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.

Laptop driver/reformat question

This is excellent advice. Writing down the list of installed devices prior to re-formatting will save you a lot of heartache. With that list, you won't have to try to figure out exactly which wireless card or web cam driver you need since there will likely be several to choose from.

 

Black Screen During Driver Update

I reinstalled my laptop back to factory settings, and I wanted to update the GPU drivers. But when I try, the screen turns black during the update, but the computer is still running. I was forced to turn off the computer and turn it back on. I used system restore, so now I'm using the default drivers that came with the laptop. Can you guys suggest anything?
