Windows 10: Laptop keep crashing while playing certain games

Hi, My laptop keep freezing and auto restarting after it goes blank this past few weeks.I don't know what's the issue and why i occurs, the incident start around 1 month ago as far as I remember.Spec : Acer Nitro 5Ryzen 5 660016GB RAMRTX 3050Here are some of the solution I already tried.1. Running SFC and Chkdsk. SFC show they fix some corrupted files but it still happen.2. Reinstall windows completely.3. Updating drivers.4. Bootrec.exe /Fixboot etc. Just for helpers information, the laptop directly restart and does not show BSOD or any sort but it do keep restarting my laptop after the screen

Are they just random crashes? Or do they most commonly occur 5 minutes into playing a certain game?

 

Crashing when playing certain games.

Just going through things step by step to make sure I've done them all.
Entered powercfg -h off, but there wasn't any confirmation etc so unsure if this worked.

Other conversations led me to believe that it was a RAM issue, so I have since upgraded my RAM but the issues persist. I've also tried changing ram slots, loading only one ram stick etc as suggested in previous posts.

At the time I had not been overclocking, but the problem persists whether I'm overclocked or not - so currently running with A-XMP profile 1 enabled (msi b450 gaming plus max mobo). I also currently have "precision boost overdrive" enabled, but didn't at the time of crashes.

My main issue now is severe stuttering in games (not the game alone, but the entire pc itself freezes for a split second.) If this is no longer a suitable forum for my topic please let me know and I can move it!

I have the identical issue as OP despite different hardware. Certain games crash within a few minutes while others are fine. Games that crash include Guardians of the Galaxy and Assassins Creed Origins.

I'm using a AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3080 XTREME 10G (rev. 2.0) and the Event Viewer message is identical, except instead of Device\Video3 is says Device\Video9.

I'm using 516.40 drivers and have already done a DDU. My next step is another DDU followed by year old drivers (466.47) listed on the AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3080 XTREME 10G (rev. 2.0) website. I don't see any VBIOS for the rev 2.0 version of the card.

I can provide DXDIAG, MSCONFIG, or anything you think could help to diagnose this.
