Windows 10: Laptop keep restarting with charger plugged in, but works fine without it.

Hi there,My laptop restarts itself without any notice when I have the charger plugged in. However, it works fine when I only use the battery/with charger in safe mode/with charger but running games that have high power usage. What I've tried,replace system disk with new SSD,reinstall windows,plug the charger into different wall sockets,update battery driver,use new power plan,and none of them works.Please help, Thanks!

Laptop won't charge after unplugging, charger is fine.

Laptop : HP 250 G5 W4M71EA
BIOS VER F.45
BIOS VENDOR Insyde

Charger works fine.
Indicators show white light when turned on and orange when turned off and battery is plugged in.

Resetting BIOS settings to default makes the charger work fine until I plug it out.
After unplugging and plugging it back in it does not charge.

What can be the cause?

When closing and opening the lid laptop is detecting the charger properly but upon re plugging it's not working again.
The issue is that the laptop doesn't detect it's being charged while being turned on.

 

Laptop goes to sleep mode after plugging in charger

Hello.

I have a ASUS X550C laptop. The original charger broke, so i bought a charger for it at my local market (the brand is "Innergie"), which also works for ASUS laptops. Now since i got this charger, i was experiencing issues where my laptop would randomly go to sleep mode, however, i resolved this issue by turning computer on, removing the charger, and plugging it back in. That seemed to fix it. However, recently, this method stopped working. My computer runs completely fine when it is unplugged, however, when i plug it in, i get a "Low battery" warning (even though i HAD 72% battery), and the laptop immediately goes to sleep mode. Trying to turn it on is useless. It will only turn on if the charger isn't plugged.

Any advice?

PS: I have already changed all my power & sleep options. Everything is set to "Never".

 

HDMI not working while plugging in Power charger to the laptop (works fine with battery only)

I have an Acer Aspire 6930 with Nvidia 9600m GT GPU, there is a weird issue that occurs when I connect the Acer Aspire to an LG TV with HDMI cable... the Laptop recognizes the TV and everything seems to work but there is no display showing on the TV. I accidentally discovered that whenever I disconnect the charger from the laptop, the HDMI works fine while using laptop over battery.

So what I'm asking is are there any settings that I could change so that HDMI works while plugged in?
