Windows 10: Laptop keeps crashing. "couldn't find a bootable operating system. check the boot...

So I recently exchanged my laptop with microsoft for a new Surface Laptop 2, for which I paid a lot of money. This problem has been occurring ever since I got this new laptop. For some reason I cannot get in contact with microsoft so I'm making this post.It just randomly crashes and says the message mentioned above. Once I do a force restart, it starts up again normally only to crash again a little bit later. I've noticed no pattern with when it crashes. I got in touch with support and he told me to update my Windows 10 version. I did that and its still not workingAny help would be greatly app

It's runing through them now. It's a step forward, as the problem was the system crashing as soon as I pressed the key to boot from the disk, it crashed before I even got to install it. When it's done, I'll burn another copy, see if that works.

An operating system wasn´t found. I tried to make a new clean installation wich should delete everything but the installation couldn´t complete due to an error.

My win10 installation did work badly. I tried to make a new clean installation wich should delete everything but the installation couldn´t complete due to an error.

Looks to me that there´s no operatings systemon the disk and the disk is the only drive to select for boot order in BIOS.

Have I lost my ASUS Eee PC 1225B?

Do I have to install a new disk with the Windows 10 in the PC?
