    Laptop keeps crashing while gaming.


    Hi. I was playing Valorant today and it was going fine, until suddenly my whole computer crashed. I had that happen to me before with Valorant and just thought it was bugging out again because I alt-tabbed mid game or something. But it kept happening, like twice or something per game. The screen just freezes and my pc restarts. I have an Acer Predator PH16-71.     I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    Oxymoron that is.... Your saying doubtful it would overheat but recommend he blows the dust with compressed air and recommend a laptop cooler. Now thats hilarious. Just saying.... I think you just said what I did but took the mantainence a step further.
