Windows 10: Laptop Keeps Crashing While Playing Video Games

Hi guys,I have a Zephyrus G14 2023 with a Ryzen 7, Radeon graphics, and 16GB of RAM. Every time I play Palworld, the computer crashes after around 10-30 minutes of play. The temps are fine, and all the drivers are up to date. I even did a clean installation for the drivers. When looking in the dump file, I found that the issue is being caused by a file called dxgmms2.sys. I tried to find a solution on how to fix this, but nothing I found worked.Furthermore, when looking in the event viewer, I keep getting event ID 219 followed by several event ID 6155 errors before crashing. Video card driver crashing when playing games

We suggest that you rollback your driver. To do so, kindly follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R to open run dialog box.
• In the dialog box window, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
• Right click on your video card driver -> Properties ->
  Driver tab and select Rollback driver.

If the issue persists, it could be better to contact the developer of the game.

"Video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error" while playing games on my Dell G3 laptop ?

So every time I play a game after like half an hour or so, my game crashes (blue screen giving the error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR ), then when I relaunch the laptop my discrete GPU is gone, like missing from task manager and hidden in device manager. To fix it I have to restart my laptop then the Nvidia drivers come back and when I play my games again the same problem happens after a few minutes of playing the game. It's never happened unless I'm playing a game.
I have tried:

• reinstalling the graphics driver from NVIDIA.
  
• removing the graphics driver using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling the latest one.
  
• running sfc and dism
  
  None of the above methods helped.
  My laptop is out of warranty so don't suggest I take it to the Dell service center as they will just say to replace the motherboard, I know that and that will be like buying a new laptop.
