Windows 10: laptop keeps crashing while using every browser and video palyback

My laptop keeps crashing on every browsers , at first i thought it was chrome so i reinstalled it but none to my comfort then it froze on firefox,brave,edge also .Most often it freezes while youtube video playback and i have to power up the laptop again.Please give me a solution as it's been 2 months now doing all this.Also my laptop is 9 months old having 21H1 version

Step 1: I suggest you to clear the browsing history cache and check if it helps:

• Open Edge browser click on three dots.
• Click on clear browsing history.

Then try to play the video and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: Run the apps troubleshooter and check if it helps with the issue.

I also have the same problem along with every one who talks in videos sounding like Donald Duck!!!
