Windows 10: Laptop Keeps Freezing, Randomly

hi guys i really need some advice, my laptop started freezing recently and its so random, i've tried overloading it, i've tried doing basic tasks and iv also just started it up and it keep freezing, it stutters for a few seconds then stops, and stays stuck until i force shutdown. it seems random, i can game and stream for hours fine, then it'll happen, no overheating temps are fine, next i'll just turn the computer on, it'll freeze, i'll reboot, it'll be fine it'll freeze 5 minutes later, other times it doesnt freeze for hours, i have no idea whats causing it, i have reset/format the laptop twice fresh install win10.

- it not tempature based

- its not cpu work related

- it happens more when programs are starting up or im interacting with files

the only thing i noticed in the admin logs was this, ALOT.

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}

and APPID

{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}

to the user #######\<name> SID (S-1-5-21-2730956095-1657570179-1789697187-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_10.0.19041.610_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-155514346-2573954481-755741238-1654018636-1233331829-3075935687-2861478708). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

My laptop keep freezing randomly

My laptop keep freezing randomly without any reason,
What I have tried:

• Cleaned the fan and use a new thermal paste.
  
• Full format to the whole harddisk with a fresh windows 10.
  
• I removed the second internal harddisk, and only use one.
  
• I checked the harddisk for errors or bad partiotion "everything clean"
  
• I checked the RAM if there is an errors or something but also it's clean.
  
• I bought one peace of ram instead of two, samsung 8 DDR3 and checked the hrts, everything is correct, but still the same.
  
• I removed all external devices like USB, mouse, printer, everything, also still the same.
  

Any idea what is going on with my laptop?
Note: my laptop is only 1 year old, and freez randomly like two - four times a day, sometimes when I'm working, and sometimes even if the laptop just ON.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
