Windows 10: Laptop keeps lagging whetry never I to use the view function in file explorer

Whenever I try to use the view function, the one you use to shift sizes of file icons it lags and won't allow me to move anything.

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

File Explorer Scroll Lag

Hello, I just did this and still the lagging continues. I want to point out that the lag occurs only when I scroll with the mouse, when I click and scroll the lag does not occur.
