Windows 10: Laptop keeps randomly restarting/blue screening every other minute.

Hi there,I've posted on this forum before and I'm still facing this problem. It varies from the minute I log in to every other minute. windows 10 keeps restarting randomly

I have a new Asus vivobook laptop and it keeps restarting randomly. A blue screen pops up and says that a system error ocurred and needs to restart.

Please solve this problem. I'm getting frustrated every time it happens.

I have a HP Pavilion laptop, which keeps restarting randomly. A blue screen comes up saying system service exception or kernel security check failure. Sometimes when it does this there is a loud buzzing noise at the same time, is there any way to fix this?
