Windows 10: Laptop Keeps rebooting during erase

I have a 2018 HP touch screen laptop with an intel core I5 8th Gen and while It was erasing all data cloud reset it got stuck in an endless boot loop at 64%. I started erasing it at one location and continued at another but it went from 2% to 64% at location B. what can I do to fix this issue?

Finally! An alternative to eraser...

it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the additional error below;

Can you provide the error message and code which pop up?

For now, I would suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you can boot onto the desktop.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

Do let us know if you can or cannot access the desktop so that we can proceed with further troubleshooting steps.
