Windows 10: Laptop keeps temporarily freezing and disconnecting from internet

Hey there,I’m having this issue where when I’m using google chrome, regardless of what website I’m using, the browser Will temporarily freeze on the page, to the point that I can only close it with task manager. I also use the same laptop for gaming purposes and I find I’m also being disconnected from whatever game I’m playing. I’ve noticed that this has only been happening over the past 2 days. Prior to this, it was never an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• Do you get any error message when the internet disconnects?
• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• Are you able to connect through wired connection?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the internet troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Once the window open click on View All located on the left navigation pane.
• Locate and select Internet Connection and run the in build troubleshooter.

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article

Laptop keeps disconnecting from Internet

My hp laptop keeps connecting and disconnecting from my home internet. I use my laptop at school and it never disconnects but when i am home it keeps disconnecting. I have tried restarting my adapter, i have Uninstalled the old one and installed a newer version but it is still the same. I went as far as even factory resetting my laptop but still the issue has not been resolved. Please help.
