    Laptop keeps typing 9


    I'm at my wits' end. This happened suddenly tonight, my laptop types 9 repeatedly. Ironically, when I manage to briefly halt the typing, the 9 key doesn't actually type, but then the laptop resumes typing 9 on repeat.I tried uninstalling the device, updating the drivers, using an external keyboard, and every other solution I could find online. Running Laptop Keyboard Tester shows the 9 key being tapped repeatedly. I removed the 9 key and could find nothing unusual, even tried holding up the components under the key so nothing is being pressed, and it still types 9 repeatedly.Any solution r

    laptop battery wont charge after latest update

    1. Shutdown your laptop.

    2. Remove the battery.

    3. Connect the AC power adapter to your laptop.

    4. Power on the laptop

    5. Open the Device Manager by typing Devmgmt.msc into Start Menu or from Control Panel.

    6. Under the Batteries category, right-click all of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listings, and select Uninstall (it’s okay if you only have 1).

    7. Shutdown the laptop.

    8. Insert the battery.

    9. Power on the laptop.

    If above suggestions wont resolve the battery charge issue then follow below steps.




    Step 2

    1. Shutdown the laptop.

    2. Remove the battery.

    3. Start the laptop with only AC adapter connected to laptop.

    4. When you login to Windows OS connect the battery while Windows OS working.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply,

    actually my problem happens mostly while entering the pin to log on. it types number 9 non stop until I press any number key. after that number 9 key is not working.

    Earlier the problem was like this:

    whenever i press number 9 key in my laptop keyboard it keeps typing 9 non stop. then if i press any number key multiple times it stops to type 9. and after it stopped if i press 9 in my external keyboard it didn't happen.
