    Laptop keyboard not working after restart, have to uninstall unknown usb device from device...


    The laptop keyboard is not working after restart, I have to uninstall an unknown USB device from the device manager with all the USB ports unplugged. I have to shut down and then start the laptop again to fix the problem each time, then plug back all the USB devices. i had this issue with Windows 10 then I upgraded to Windows 11 but this issue continues.

    Usb not recognized(unknown device) problem

    As above! No usb drive/flash disk,keyboard,mouse on usb ports etc etc but still popping in, on and off tried to new Windows. Tried all solutions on internet but still no joy. Device manager showing unknown device. Motherboard Asus x99 sabertooth. update bios from old to new. no luck

    I flashed the BIOS on my X800 GTO2 last night and it is listed in the Device Manager as an Unknown Device. Is this normal?

    USB device not working on Optiplex 9010

    I did plug in external HDD and went to device manager.
    There is none of unknown devices in the list (picture below)

    OK disabled and enabled USB 3.0 root hub and then pluged in external HDD,here is exclamation mark I got:
