Windows 10: Laptop Keyboard not working in Bitlocker environment

Hi Microsoft Community,I am having trouble using my laptop's keyboard to type in bitlocker password. I currently using external USB keyboard to type in, and it works perfectly.My laptop keyboard functions well, after bitloker, I can use that to type in for microsoft login page.My IT team tried download and reset keyboard driver, disable and enable fast boot, play around safe mode in BIOS etc, none of them works.Just really do not want to have to bring external keyboard each time, thank for any suggestion!My windows version is: Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2

My laptop’s keyboard is not working and Im on bitlocker

So my laptop’s keyboard wasn’t working which was unusual so i searched up how to fix it. One article suggests that you should reset the bios to factory settings. So i did it with my usb mouse and keyboard and now it’s on bitlocker and my usb mouse and
keyboard is not working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

*I'm in bitlocker* means that everytime I boot up my laptop, it instantly directs me to bitlocker recovery. And my keyboard and usb ports aren't working

Edit: also because I can't type or use my trackpads, I can't get into BIOS

 

Laptop keyboard and mouse not working

Hi,

Since you are unable to use the keyboard and mouse, we suggest doing a system restore through Windows 10 Recovery Environment (WinRe). Follow the steps below and see if it helps:

• 
  Start your desktop, and after the manufacturers logo disappears and Windows 10 tries to boot, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to perform a hard shut down.
  
• 
  Do the step #1 until you see the Windows logo screen or Please wait during boot. (You may need to perform this up to 3 times.)
  
• 
  After Windows 10 boots into the Windows 10 Recovery Environment (WinRE), you can now access Startup Recovery, Safe Mode, and Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore, and then check if you have a restore point.
  
• 
  In the list of available restore points, choose the date prior to the issue. Steps can be found in this article on
  how to perform a System Restore. Refer to Restore from a system restore point.
