Windows 10: Laptop Keyboard Stops Working After Sudden Restart on Windows 11 Pro/Home 24H2

I’m experiencing an issue with my laptop keyboard after a sudden restart of the system. I’m using Windows 11 Pro 24H2, but I also had the same problem with Windows 11 Home version. My laptop is an ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo GX650PY, and it’s relatively new.Here is the issue:Everything works fine until the system suddenly restarts. After that, the laptop’s keyboard completely stops functioning and becomes unresponsive. Restarting the system again doesn’t resolve the issue, but after several power cycles shutting down and turning on the laptop multiple times over a period of time, the keyboard star

Built in keyboard not working

I recently purchased an ASUS ROG GL553VD Notebook Computer and a few weeks ago the keyboard stopped working. After a few restarts it worked again, but today the problem came back, and was not fixed by any amount of restarting. Several people on past posts said to reinstall they Keyboard driver, but there was no Keyboard section in the Device Manager. I am currently resetting the laptop to factory settings to see if that fixes the issue. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Keyboard stopped working sudden after update

I was using my laptop and after use it, put it to sleep so make my way to home.

20 minutes later I woke the laptop and just sudden the keyboard and touchpad stopped working.

So I remember the notification that said need restart computer to update and that's what I do.

After all, Keyboard and Touchpad really stopped. Tried Usb Keyboard. Tried multiple restart. In the bios ALL THIS DEVICES WERE WORKING PROPERLY both Keyboard and Touchpad. Apparently they stop working after Windows boot.

Plus I can't Log In and I can't activate Safe Mode either.

The only thing I can do to access the Windows folders and system is using a Live Linux Distro that I have.

My machine is a Intel Core I7, 8Gb Ram with Windows 10 S.O. Build 15063.

Don't know what to do anymore and don't want to format (so please help me)
