I've encountered a persistent problem with my laptop's keyboard, where it seems to type on its own accord, generating random characters and inputs without any manual intervention. - Subsequently, I swapped out the SSD with another one, hoping that a fresh installation of Windows 10 might resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this didn't make a difference, as the keyboard continued to type randomly.

- I even tried booting from an external HDD via USB, but the problem persisted regardless of which storage device was in use.

- In an effort to rule out software-related issues, I thoroughly cleaned the keyboard and ensured that my system was free from viruses. I also backed up my data and reinstalled Windows 10 multiple times, to no avail.

- As a troubleshooting step, I attempted installing different operating systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 8, but the problem persisted across all platforms.

- Additionally, I made sure to update the BIOS and all relevant drivers, hoping that a firmware update might resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this did not yield any positive results.

Despite these extensive efforts, the keyboard continues to exhibit the same erratic behavior, typing random characters at unpredictable intervals and durations. It's worth noting that all other keyboard inputs and connected devices function normally, indicating that the issue lies specifically with the keyboard itself.

Welcome : Have you tried to reset the keyboard

to its default settings. if it let you typ Do so,.?

1. click the Windows logo key + R together and type devmgmt.msc,

or open Windows Settings and find the : Device Manager in the control panel.

2. click “Keyboards” and select. The one that needs to be reset.
3. Uninstall the device by hitting the red X at the top.

4. choose the “Scan for hardware changes” button.
5. Select your keyboard again. Then hit the “update device driver” button.

6. Allow the newest drivers to install.
7. Restart your computer

You can try to unplug the keyboard cable. if the phenomenon of automatic

typing on the keyboard stops, it means that the keyboard is faulty.

The only option is to replace the keyboard or send the

keyboard to a professional shop for repairs

Make sure all the settings for language, region, and region format for

your location are correct. if they are incorrect, change the settings to the correct ones.

Then restart the computer. if they are correct, change them to something else

and then change it back to the correct settings.
