Windows 10: laptop keyboard won’t type

Hello, my laptop keyboard won’t type. I have never had this issue before in the past. The touch pad still works but nothing else does. Please help

Logitech wireless keyboard won't type anything

I fixed this issue by taking the following steps:

• I uninstalled the keyboard from the devices under Device Manager
  
• I rebooted
  

and the keyboard was reinstalled with the same driver.

Now it is typing fine.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
