Windows 10: Laptop Keyboard's input isn't registered in a few menus.

I have an HP Laptop, that has a problem with the keyboard. The keyboard's input isn't registered in the Settings menu, or the Start Menu, or even when connecting to a wireless network.So far I tried deleting the driver of the keyboard, and restarting the Laptop, but it didn't help.Is there any settings regarding these specific menus, that might be set up in the wrong way?

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Input Methods on AT&T Tilt

I have tried to change the input method on my AT&T Tilt. All the options are there, ie: Block Recognizer, Keyboard, Letter Recognizer, Symbol Pad, and Transcriber. When I attempt to change from Keyboard to another method with the drop down menu, I tap OK
and then check again and it is back to Keyboard. Also, if I tap on Transcriber and then the Options button, a dialog box opens that says "Can't open the configuration dialog. Transcriber Options are available only when Transcriber
is selected as the active input method". Any ideas or suggestions?
