Windows 10: Laptop keys are not doing what they should

hi there!I was playing games on my ASUS TUF Gaming+. I got the device recently and and it was working great until suddenly, my arrow key... malfunctioned ?my brightness went low and the screen snipping tool activated. I thought I may have accidently activated a key combination to change the settings or something. now, my left arrow key only changes brightness, the delete and airplane button type random sequence of letters, and the key to increase the brightness just opens the GeForce experience. The system is being very hard to work on at all. I have tried restarting the laptop, updating the k

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
