Windows 10: laptop lags when unplugged

i have a HP Pavilion notebook

intel core 17-6500u cpu @2.50ghz 4 cpus

16 gb ram

windows 10 pro 64 (10.0, Build 17763)

nvidia 940mx 4gb ddr3


every Game works fine when charger is plugged in but when removed even the lowest end game lags.. all games produce less than 7fps when not plugged into ac .. i used the furmark to run tests and i got 7fps plugged in or not.. the laptop turns off by its self once in a while . ive tried all settings possible . high performance , updates , messing with the nvidia control panel, intel settings , battery, registry cleaners, system boosters etc.. please help me . whenever i unplug the frames go lower than 7.

Laptop lags when i plugged in or unplug charger while playing

I'm looking for the fix, well, when i'm turning on my laptop, while it's charging, and i'm playing the game, and when i just unplug charger, it's have terrible lag, and this repeat also when i'm turning on my laptop on battery, playing games well, and when
i plugged in charger it's lagging again. and when i restart the system, it's works fine again. i can't found any fix of this. i know this is caused from battery management, but i tried a lot of steps for this. but i can't stop this problem.. if anyone knows
the fix. please comment the steps.

Random lag spikes

Hi,

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
