    Laptop locked by BitLocker and the device doesn't show in my account


    Hello,My laptop's Motherboard and Battery died a few weeks ago so I sent it for repair. Today I got it back and when I try to turn it on it gives me a blue BitLocker recovery page where I need to put in my recovery key for the device. When I go to https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey it says I don't have any BitLocker recovery keys...Any help would be very helpful! I can provide the Recovery Key ID & the Drive Label.Thank you in advance!

    Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Manage Bitlocker

    At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
    do my homework?!
