Windows 10: Laptop lost everything after bluescreen

when I was in the middle of playing game my laptop suddenly blue screen out of nowhere. that blue screen took so long and I had to turn off my laptop while it was still loading.After it restarted I noticed my user account is gone and I can only sign in to the "asus" named user account, The desktop is empty with only trashbin and microsoft edge also my background changed to the default. but my files word/excel that I made with my main account before this happen are still there at the C and D drive.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
