    Laptop malfunctioning


    okay so to summarize this in short. my laptop has been malfunctioning from like 30 mins now. let me explain- i was playing minecraft with my little brother as my laptop speed slowly started decreasing and i thought it was some error in the app so i restarted my laptop and it just crashed?? it opened a black screen and showed i got an error that some key files got deleted or something and were restored. sure i went ahead and hit enter, logged onto my laptop and it felt really laggy. my microsoft edge got logged out, windows security doesnt work, i tried accessing my files it shows indexing turn

    It is possible this is an issue with a Windows Driver, to rectify this issue, please follow these steps

    • Disconnect Power Supply
    • Remove battery
    • Connect Power Supply
    • Turn on the laptop
    • Control Panel - Device Manager
    • Under the Batteries category, right-click all instances of Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery , and Uninstall
    • Shutdown
    • Disconnect Power Supply
    • Insert battery
    • Connect Power Supply
    • Turn on the laptop
