Windows 10: Laptop memory problem

Hello, on my laptop the memory is disappearing somewhere, and in quite large volumes, sometimes 300 MB and sometimes gigabytes, there are no viruses, at most I downloaded the game and deleted it at the time of the download, I checked with an antivirus and found nothing. sometimes memory increases sharply, I noticed this today but it may have happened before
