Windows 10: Laptop Misbehaving

Hello,I'm PramodI've been using my laptop from 2 years, from last month I'm facing a weird problem.This problem started suddenly.When I start my pc, boot manager shows up and when I sign in then go to the desktop,command prompt automatically pop up and go within few seconds and letter "e" on my refresh was highlighted which looks same as windows 8 desktop and the first file or application in that was auto selected when I moved my cursor to refresh My pc have only 1 operating system which is windows 10.When I try to type something, it automatically incorrect it like I'm supposed to write "start

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
