    laptop mutes itself wont unmute


    I have a new HP Pavillion 15 laptop with windows 11 home that whenever a new update becomes available every few days apparently! the laptop will mute itself and not unmute either by the little tab at the bottom right of the screen or in settings. the only way to unmute the computer is to install the new update and restartHow do I stop this from happening? I don't want to be forced to update every few days just to hear any audio.

    speakers wont "unmute" on taskbar

    our volume on speakers is in mute position and it wont unmute if we go into setting it will play test sounds but wont unmute on task bar and we cant hear
