Windows 10: Laptop network card not showing after Win10 fresh install

So I just got a new Dell XPS 15. It came loaded with Windows 11 and I was looking to downgrade to Windows 10. I made installation media and installed it normally but in the network setup nothing showed up. No problem I thought, I'll just set up without internet for now and handle the updates afterward. Note wifi did work normally on the factory install.Now on Windows 10, no network card shows up in the device manager whatsoever. There doesn't appear to be a device so I can't even attempt a driver update/install. I've tried reinstalling Windows 10, scanning for hardware changes in Device Manage

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

Is you are using router then I suggest you to reset the router and check if the issue persist.

Also I suggest you to update the Network Adapter driver. Here is the steps:

• 
  Press Windows+X key on your desktop and select
  Device Manager.

  Locate Network drivers, expand, right click and click
  on Update.

I'm online from my wifi laptop but can't connect to my home network

Nope, I've tried all the steps of all the fixes listed by Dalchina and Try3 but the problem still exists. The W10 laptop refuses to access my main W7 pc (named CG16) on my home network, although it can 'see' it, ie, it shows CG16 in the network list.
The only thing I haven't tried is Dalchina's suggestion about creating a shortcut, mainly because I'm not sure where this shortcut is supposed to be. I'm assuming it has to be on the W10 laptop but I don't understand how it could work. More info please, Dalchina, if you'd be so kind.
