Windows 10: Laptop - No brightness slider or/and no f2,f3 functionality

As in title, there is no slider for brightness and f2,f3 don't workLaptop is - HP Pavilion 15-bc005nu

F3 brightness issue

I have a HP Victus gaming laptop, when I press f2 the brightness goes down normally, however when I press f3 the brightness jumps from max to 1/3 of it and acts like it's the max brightness.

F2 and F3 keys (brightnes​s control) not working

I am running on Windows 10 using HP 15 Notebook PC. Got problem with brightness, f2 and f3 keys does not work properly ( did not have this problem on windows 8.1 ), now clicking f2 increases the brightness while f3 decreases it. Tried disabling and enabling
the display adapter and restarting the laptop, it helps at that time, but once laptop is shutdown and turned on again the problem continues to be the same. All drives are installed and even tried all the possible ways ( uninstalling it... ) to solve this but
did not succeed in doing so. Even after the update to windows 10 my laptop battery drains faster than before. Any help would be appreciated.
