Windows 10: Laptop not being discovered as a option in Wireless Display

I have a PC and laptop which both are windows 11. I figured this was a problem because my laptop was Windows 10 and it wasn't being discovered so I upgraded it and no luck.I have Wireless Display installed and open on my laptop while I press W + K on my pc and my laptop doesn't show up and says "no displays are available"I have:- Uninstalled and reinstalled the network drivers on both pcs- Checked if both pcs have miracast- Restarted both pcs- Disabled antivirus + windows defender on both pcs I researched about it and the solution for some people was allowing something in their windows defend

"Connect to a wireless display" does not appear on the Project option

I am trying to connect my laptop to a wireless display. The wireless display is a Samsung 55 TV.

I recently upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. My TV is listed as a Play Device on my Connected Devices page, but not as Projector Device. When I click Win+P, only the first four options show up; it is missing the fifth option to connect to
a wireless display.
