Windows 10: Laptop not recognizing OneCloud Subscription

I just purchased a new laptop running Windows 10. OneCloud was enabled. My laptop tried to backup my files to OneCloud but couldn't because my files exceeded 5GB. I subscribed to OneCloud Personal 365 to get 1TB of storage. My laptop is not recognizing my subscription and will not backup anything. If I login to OneCloud, it is recognizing my new subscription. If I select the OneCloud icon in the lower right hand corner of my window, it says I exceeded my free memory. It is not recognizing I now have 1TB of storage. Rebooting had no effect.

Laptop suddenly stopped recognizing the external monitor

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the laptop is unable to recognize only the external monitor or other external devices also.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “Hardware and Devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
