Windows 10: Laptop not working

My bad!.. I had installed a 3rd party themes software on my windows 10 gaming laptop as I thought it would look cool. But later on when I downloaded it and installed it my laptop, the screen just turned black with the mouse pointer on it. I was not able to see anything else other than the black screen and the pointer. I was not able to shut it down also so I had to forcefully shut it down and then later after 10mins when I turned it back ON it was still the same black screen and the pointer. I'm not able to perform any other actions or even shut it down the only way I can turn it OFF is by hold the power button for almost 5 to 6 sec and wait for it to shut down. Can anyone help me fixing this issue. I'm even OK with the reset solution as I have backed up all my data in my external hard-drive. Can someone help me with this problem.

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.
