Windows 10: Laptop Opens Programs Instead Of Typing

This all started when I was reviewing for my exams, my laptop started opening programs, tabs, apps. And then I thought "oh this must be a malfunction, I'll just restart It" but when I did I was put In the lockscreen Ofcourse but when I tried to type, It WOULDNT type. So Of course I start panicking cause my exams are tomorrow and i have alot of important workon It. So again, I'll say my problems oneLaptop Doesnt Type, Instead Open Programs.I Restart LaptopI Get Put In Lockscreen, I try to unlock ItLaptop wouldn't type at all.How Do I Fix This?

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

This issue might occur if function key in the keyboard is enabled. So as an initial steps, I suggest you to check for the function key in the key board and make sure that it is not enabled.

If the issue still persists you can run Hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Suggest you to follow the steps below and run the
Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on troubleshooting, then click on “Hardware and sound”.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next" button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.
