Windows 10: laptop over heating problem

my laptop over heats so fast after playing 10 minutes of any game even if its low, and when it get over heats it shut down, it happen to me 10 times now, i have a fan under the laptop that is working and the fan of the laptop itself is working too, is this normal?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Lumia 525 heating problem

The phone is heating up even when doing regular things? That is not good and a sign of possible hardware issue.

It is also possible that some app is running in the background all the time. I would suggest the following.

• I am assuming that you have had the phone for some time now. Did you recently install any app around which time, the issue started? Remove that app and see if the situation improves.
• If the app removing does not solve the problem, perhaps it is an issue with the OS. Do a phone reset. backup before you do this, of course.
• If the phone reset is not solving anything, time to head to the repair centre. When you go there, don't forget to tell them all the things you have done so far. If possible show them this forum thread so they know that you have tried all possible steps.
  That will speed up things at the repair centre.

When all is done, let us know if the issue was resolved.
