Windows 10: laptop overheating burning smell

hi guys, i have heat problem with my lenovo Thinkpad T470s, it's a good laptop, performance is enough for my uses. but it gets hot a lot, it's always between 44 to 55, and it reach 66 to 70 easily when the usage of CPU around 40 to 50%, and the most problem is burning smell, i smell a bad smell from the laptop all the time. even if i do just i light task like browsing the web the temperature is high and the smell is strong.i have cleaned the fan and changed the thermal paste cheap one but nothing changed, please i need your advice, especially about the smell, i don't know where does it come

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

overheating

my Lumia 520 is overheating very bad to where u can smell burning and the camera freezes then cuts off this has been happening when its on standby or when am making calls or texts is there any thing i can do about it

 

Nokia Lumia 635 - Charger - smell of burning

Hi. Purchased a Lumia 635 from Currys this week. Was charging it this afternoon and couldn't understand why there was the smell of electrical/rubber burning. After seemingly going mental for a while, I tracked it down to the AC-20X charger. Has anyone else
had this problem?
