    Laptop overheats, now every restart erases desktop?


    Hi All,I have a Lenovo Legion 7 running Windows 10 that my friend won in a drawing and gave to me. I mention the latter details because while it appeared brand new and operable and was sent , the box was opened and the top was inscribed with a Marvel logo as part of the drawing. This powerhouse started overheating in my padded laptop bag as I walked around campus many months ago. One time it gave me a fatal error black screen, erased all my desktop files and rendered the Microsoft Store, snipping tool, and other apps nonfunctional ie the icons are present but don't open and have 0 filesize.

    Finally! An alternative to eraser...

    it looks much cleaner then the eraser so that is a big step up.
