Windows 10: Laptop performing at on-battery levels when plugged in

My laptop has lately met a lot of performance issues related to the battery. It started with the laptop switching between plugged in and on battery when I'm gaming with AC power. After that issue was gone, I expected my laptop to perform smoothly again. But, my laptop chose to perform as if it was running on battery power while it was actually plugged in. This has been very annoying because my fps has been very low, only getting about 50 fps rather than 80 fps. Plugging in your laptop while gaming should significantly increase its performance but for my laptop, that stopped happening recently

Laptop accidently switched into hibernation mode after it's plugged in (reserve battery level) by default

I felt very disappointed that my laptop computer suddenly turned off (hibernated) after the PC plugged in when it reached the 7% backup battery level. Even though hibernation should not be allowed after the PC laptop is plugged in (battery charging). This can be caused due to a development error when setting the default setting for "Critical battery level action".

The correct default setting for Critical battery level action (plugged in):

1. Do nothing (default, recommended)
   
2. Hibernate (incorrect setting and is not recommended).
   
3. Sleep
   
4. Shut down
   

I request that Windows development will fix those setting errors as soon as possible. Thanks for providing that information.
