Windows 10: Laptop problem

Hello guys. I was playing genshin impact and suddenly laptoplenovo loq turned off.the charger was connected and i am not sure if it was charging or not but I'm sure that i didn't see any warning that says you are low on battery.I disconnected every thing and tried to turn the laptop on again but nothing worked.I connected the charger again and the charging light on laptop didn't turn on.I'm stuck with this problem could you please help me.what can i do?

• Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
