Windows 10: laptop problems

hi,so i use a T450s Laptop ThinkPad - Type 20BX and when i boot up windows 11 cpu not supported the laptop stutters often. i know there is a 16gb stick of ram in a lenovo thinkpad t470s ubt i would like to know if the ram in both laptops are the same or not.

We suggest that you follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issues with the shutdown function of your laptop:

• Under System and Security, select Fix Problems with Windows Update.
