Windows 10: Laptop purchased over a year ago hasn't ever worked properly. I couldn't return it because...

Hello, I'm really struggling here, and have been for over a year bought a new laptop and went overseas shortly afterward for school, so no ability to return the device or access actual support options. Function keys were a problem from the beginning, then the fingerprint scanner stopped working and I couldn't do anything with the Windows Hello options hours and hours waiting for and trying to work with support later, then both the camera and microphone stopped and seem to both be using the most updated drivers and have no drivers at all, finally my PIN to log in

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

 

My games doesn´t work
