Windows 10: Laptop Randomly Black Screening, but not on heavy load and no problems with power

Hello, i have been getting random black-screens this last 3 days and i do not know the cause of it. the things i have done to check includes :- Checking GPU status it says ok- Updating drivers Note'The Black Screen Started After the recent NVIDIA drivers update- Rollback drivers Still Crashes- Resetting System to Previous Checkpoint got one randomly 4-5 hours after the reset- Unistalling and Installing the GPU on device manager- Checking Temps Avg 40-50 with office apps and google in the background- Do system check, cleanup, and health no problems was detected- Checked Event Viewer

Hard crashes with ANY heavy load

Out of the blue, my computer has been crashing upon heavy loads. For example, playing a game. I can load into the menu fine, but when it finishes loading the game, either the game will crash or my computer will black screen and restart. Specs and what I have tried already are as follows:

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
  
• RAM: 32GB Corsair DDR4-3200MHz
  
• MOBO: ASUS X470 Prime Pro
  
• GPU: ZOTAC GTX-1070
  
• PSU: Corsair CX450
  

What I have tried:

• Updated drivers for CPU, GPU and MOBO BIOS updated
  
• reinstall GPU drivers via NVIDIA software utilities
  
• unplugged and reconnected all PSU connections, reseated GPU
  

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions you have to fix my issues are greatly appreciated.

 

Black Screen after update

I would suggest that you perform the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to access the desktop.

Method 1:

Step 1: Perform Power Drain and check if you are able to access your desktop screen.

• Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
  
• Press and hold the Power button for 30sec.
• Plug the charger/power cord and restart system.

Step 2: If you can access the desktop check if your system is functioning as normal. Also check which update got installed in your system, by opening Control Panel and then opening Programs and Features.

Method 2: Inaccessible Desktop.
