Windows 10: Laptop randomly blackscreens after logging in to my user

This is a multi user install because I share this laptop with my mum too. Sometimes when I log in, it shows nothing and ceases to work. Putting it at sleep and starting does nothing, none of the keybindings do anything. Doesn't open task manager, nothing works at all. Only the mouse moves. The only thing which works is force shutting it off and powering on.This has been happening for quite a while to me. Any ideas?nvm my cursor I installed the KDE cursors because I formally used to use KDE Plasmaits not frozen, but more like nothing is displayed.and yes, this is a new account, I previously

blackscreen out of nowhere

my laptop pops up randomly blackscreen, if i am doing a project? a blackscreen pops up. what should i do about it? should i buy a new laptop or pc?

 

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
