    I have just bought a new laptop, and within the first week it has crashed daily.When I look at the logs I usually see either Event 161 or Event 162 followed by Event 41. Event 10010 also appears but isn't always when it crashes it's just there sometimes when i check, even if it didn't crash.I have and Asus ROG Strix G172023 G713PVProcessor: AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX with Radeon GraphicsGraphics card: AMD RadeonTM 610M and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPUWireless card: MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7992 RZ616 160MHz Wireless LAN CardStorage: SSD/EMMC 1 953GB, Micron_2400_MTFDKBA1T0QFMMemory: Total 16G

    I have just bought a new laptop, and within the first week it has crashed daily.

    When I look at the logs I usually see either Event 161 or Event 162 followed by Event 41. Event 10010 also appears but isn't always when it crashes (it's just there sometimes when i check, even if it didn't crash).

    I have and Asus ROG Strix G17(2023) G713PV

    Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX with Radeon Graphics

    Graphics card: AMD Radeon(TM) 610M and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU

    Wireless card: MediaTek Wi-Fi 6E MT7992 (RZ616) 160MHz Wireless LAN Card

    Storage: SSD/EMMC 1 953GB, Micron_2400_MTFDKBA1T0QFM

    Memory: Total 16GB

    I have tried Uninstalling the AMD drivers and reinstalling the newest ones from the official website. Uninstalled all of the NVIDIA drivers and did a clean reinstall. Uninstalled Armory Crate and reinstalled.

    I have read in many places something about a minidump folder so I'm gonna include it here as well.

    Hi! Thank you for your response, I have already tried this once, but I installed the latest version, so I'm gonna try again with an older version. I should note that I used the DDU tool yesterday, after the minidump folder creation, as in todays crash, Event 161 specified that the dump file creation failed.

    Windows BSOD with Event 162 volmgr & Event 41 Kernel-Power

    I am receiving regular BSOD errors with the error PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. In the event viewer I can see error event 162 volmgr & critical event 41 kernel-power occur at the time of the crash. The crash can occur at any time but seems to be more frequent when waking from inactivity.

    I have completely wiped and re-installed windows 11, run restoro, sfc, windows memory diagnostic and 4 passes of memtestx86 with no errors found. I have also tried installing new RAM and I'm still getting the error.

    Any suggestions as to the cause would be greatly appreciated.
